Yes, you can invest in multiple deals, with investment amounts ranging between £13,000 and £21,500. Monthly returns to investors are £577 or £955, depending on the investment amount. Multiple investments are calculated based on the invested amount and associated monthly payouts, with the option to order as many as desired, subject to availability.
We ensure the security of your investment through contracts with all involved parties, including the Assisted Living Provider, Landlord, JV Agreements, and Investor Rent Assured Fixed Term Contracts.
